With respect to using paid marketing (e.g. Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram) as Marketing Channels (i) you will not utilize trademark, trademark variations, or misspelled trademarks in keywords as well as in ad copy; (ii) you will not utilize redirect pages, domain forwarding, or cookie stuffing; (iii) you will not direct link to our website, and (iv) you will not position yourself in any ad as an official, authorized, certified or sponsored site of ours.

Affiliates may not offer incentives to consumers to complete purchases.

We may accept or reject your application at our sole discretion for any reason.

Duplicate or fraudulent purchases, as determined solely by us, are not eligible for any commission, may be removed and the transaction may be reversed.

The commision rates are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion, and we will notify you of the change.
